buddhadecor.com is pleased to ship our products by UPS, FedEx, and USPS anywhere world wide. Your shipping costs are determined by the item’s weight and shipping destination and will be calculated during the checkout process. One day and two day delivery options are also available for those packages that just have to get there right now.
Customs and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. If you have concerns please contact your local customs office for details on how these charges are assessed and applied.
Buddhadecor.com carries both antique originals and authentic museum quality reproductions of fine period pieces from the Qing Dynasty through present day.
Many of our products are hand crafted and finished by Chinese and Asian artists. Some items even have the artists name engraved right into the piece they made. Each item is unique, and no two will be exactly alike. Therefore you will not find another piece exactly like yours in somebody else's collection. When you receive your item it may be slightly different than the item in the photograph on our website. This is due to individual styles from one artist to the next, or differences in pigments used from one day to the next. Unlike buying souvenirs at a theme park, the emphasis is on quality and originality, not carbon copy duplicity.
Damage and/or breakage: We are not responsible for damage caused by the postal services or private delivery services in any country once the package leaves our hands. We go to great lengths to pack each item to survive even the roughest trip around the world. If you feel that an item was damaged due to poor packaging we will be glad to inspect photographs of the damaged item and discuss it with you so that it can be resolved to your satisfaction.
Substitutions: We reserve the right to substitute an item of greater value for any item ordered which we cannot deliver due to damage discovered during packaging for shipment. In the event that this does happen we will select a replacement item or items similar to and of greater value than the item which was damaged prior to shipment. If you are not satisfied with the substitution you may return it for a full refund including all the shipping costs both ways. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
We at buddhadecor.com work very hard to keep our website current with warehouse inventories, but sometimes, especially during holiday seasons when product moves swiftly from warehouse to customer, we may fall behind and an item may still be listed on our site that is out of stock. If this occurs, we will make you aware immediately via email of the situation and if an item will be back ordered longer than 10 days, we will advise you and ask if you wish to wait, choose an alternative item, or receive a refund.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any products you have purchased from us, you may return the item in re-saleable condition for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). All claims for refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. |
